Welcome to Himelli. This website and the Himelli brand are run by MathewEcommerce LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Using this website
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We work hard to keep this website accurate. If we ever make a mistake with a price, we'll tell you before we send your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're asking to buy from us. We accept it when we email you to say your order has shipped. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, and if we do, we'll refund you in full.
4. Memberships
If you choose a Hive Membership, your order repeats every month until you cancel. How it works, and how to pause, skip or cancel, is set out in our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
5. Shipping
Tracked shipping in the United States: free for Hive Members, $5 for one-time orders. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Using Himelli
Use Himelli as directed on the box. Don't use it if you're allergic to bee stings or bee products. If you're not sure, wear one patch on your inner arm for an hour first. Take it off if your skin gets very red, itchy or swollen. If you're pregnant, nursing, take blood thinners or have a medical condition, ask your doctor first. Results vary from person to person. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Himelli is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
8. Our content
The words, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to us. Please don't copy them without our written permission.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
